Atlas
An internal library for a consultancy whose proposals were scattered across drives.
Atlas stores proposals, notes, and decisions for a consultancy. Finding a precedent used to depend on who remembered the file.
Each engagement has a page with an owner, related documents, and the decision that was made. Search is the main path, not an extra.
The problem
Proposals lived in folders with different names, and notes from one meeting could not be cited in the next. Knowledge left with the person.
The solution
A library with an owner per document, related projects, and a page per engagement. You search, open the precedent, and continue.
